General Questions

How do I generate an account statement?

Account statements are mailed quarterly to your address on file, unless you elect eDelivery. With eDelivery, statement are automatically sent electronically, providing faster, more secure delivery.

To select eDelivery: login to your account, go to My Mailbox, Mail Delivery Preferences and change your preference to electronic delivery. 

For a current summary of your account: login to the KDC Plan website and go the My Account section. You can also call the toll-free automated SAVER Line at 1.800.793.4401, weekdays, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. ET to get account information.
